Spareribs with dry rub

  • Nice fat bio Spareribs
  • A dry bbq rub, from the Dutch BBQ Crew


  • Let the spareribs come to roomthemperature
  • Cut the fleece out on the bone side.
  • Rub the meat with the dry rub very good
  • You can barbecue the meat in-directly
  • Min 4 hours on 120ºC or 250ºF
